Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our team under the guidance of the Product Manager. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and feature definitions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Support project management activities, including creating and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of product features.
  • User Experience:  Work closely with the design team to create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Testing and Feedback: Coordinate user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.

  •  Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure a positive product experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology industry, particularly in SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of coding and technical concepts.
