Position Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / HR Manager who can drive our hiring efforts strategically while ensuring a thriving workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who loves building teams from the ground up, implementing best hiring practices, and fostering an engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
 
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
  • Own and drive the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to final onboarding.
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies to attract, hire and retain high-quality talent for development, engineering, data science, product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with high-potential candidates.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals such as Naukri, Indeed & Instahyre, headhunting, employee referrals, talent communities) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and streamline interview processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create a compelling employer brand, positioning Avivo as a top destination for AI and SaaS professionals.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives and develop strategic partnerships with universities and industry bodies.
  • Design and manage candidate experience programs to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies to refine hiring approaches.
 
HR Generalist Functions:
  • Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, best practices, and engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Address employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leadership on organizational structure, career pathing, and retention strategies.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR, preferably in a tech-driven startup or SaaS company.
  • Strong track record of hiring top talent across multiple functions (technology, product development, sales, marketing, customer success, etc.).
  • Deep expertise in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and data-driven approach to recruitment metrics, hiring funnels, and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
