Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of our products. This role requires a high level of creativity as you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces. You will be someone who has worked in a software product company with a deeper understanding of product design best practices and user-centric workflows. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into visually compelling and functional designs. Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences that align with user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for software products that are responsive for all devices.
- Develop responsive, interactive UI components using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine user requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centric design.
- Ability to create animations and micro-interactions for enhanced user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in AI-powered platforms.
- Experience in a software product company.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies.
- Experience with back-end integration using APIs.
