The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, deeply familiar with SEO tools and analytics platforms, and capable of independently identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete SEO revamp of the Avivo.ai website
-
Ensure proper indexing, crawlability, sitemap management, robots.txt optimization, and structured site architecture
-
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements
-
Optimize core web vitals and page performance
-
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
-
Build and execute scalable on-page and off-page SEO strategies
-
Create and optimize landing pages for organic traffic growth
-
Implement schema markup and structured data strategies
-
Monitor search rankings, backlinks, crawl errors, indexing issues, and domain health
-
Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, etc. for analysis and optimization
-
Track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rates, conversion rates, and lead generation
-
Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights
-
Identify opportunities through data analysis and experimentation
-
Understand evolving search paradigms including:

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
-
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
-
AI-driven search discovery
-

Optimize content and website structure for AI-powered search experiences and LLM discoverability
-
Experiment with strategies that improve visibility in AI-generated responses and conversational search environments

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
-
Conduct keyword targeting, ad copy optimization, bid management, and conversion tracking
-
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI
-
Analyze campaign performance and improve CAC efficiency
-
Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement SEO and performance improvements
-
Coordinate with content writers and external agencies/freelancers when required
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of modern front-end development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with design principles and user experience concepts.
Interest in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and apply front-end development best practices and methodologies.
